Hi loves!Welcome to my page,today I'm going to share to you my thoughts about Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam that I got from Althea during there full rebate sale last year. I didn't use it immediately and just stashed it. Now that I need a new cleanser I immediately grab it from my stash and use it for my night time routine. There Jeju Volcanic line is not new to me as I tried there Capsule Recipe Pack Volcanic before.

Innisfree is a South Korean brand owned by Amore Pacific. It's a naturalism-oriented brand created in year 2000. The brand name originated from W.B Yeats' poem The Lake Isle of Innisfree. It is one of few Korean brands that uses organic ingredients approved by France's ECOCERT organization.
This claims to absorb sebum and purifies pores. With it's active ingredient that come from nature-Jeju volcanic scoria is an alkaline substance with pH similar to human body an ingredient free from impurities.
Packaging: it's in a matte smooth off-white and yellow color plastic tube.

Texture:milky white cream that contains volcanic scoria
Actual Result: This foam cleanser contains soft beads of volcanic scoria which I didn't expect in a foam cleanser. It's harsh on skin to use beads daily cause it destroys the normal pH of the skin resulting to future skin problems so I recommend to let the cleanser foams up before using it so that the beads will melt before lathering into your face. This cleanser is really for deep cleansing,good for night time routine as where I want my skin full of gunk and dirt to be totally clean. I can't use it in the morning cause it's a bit drying and feels my pores are tightening. Afterall there's no dirt to be clean deeply after you wake up in the morning. I searched for it's pH level and I read in Reddit that its pH 8 level as what to be expected in deep pore cleanser.
About it's cleaning power it clean so we'll but not on waterproof makeups.The waterproof mascara and eyeshadow that I test leaves a residue after washing only with this foam cleanser.It means double cleansing is a must if you're wearing waterproof makeups. The result after using this cleanser is a soft skin with a squeeky clean feeling.
INGREDIENTS:
Recommendation: I recommend it for those who had normal- oily skintypes.I also recommend to use this only at PM and use pH balance cleanser at AM so that it will still balance your skin's pH. I think this one will not suit those who had dry skin 'cause this cleanser makes skin more drying.
