Dear lovelies, today's review will be about one of the newest product from Benton. Last month, Benton released there Deep Green Tea line which is available in toner and lotion, what I have here is its lotion version.
"Take a journey back in time with Benton"
"Benton is inspired by and named after the movie 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' in which Benjamin Button grows younger with time. In the movie, Benjamin has no choice but to leave his love, Daisy, as he becomes younger. If Daisy could also turn back time of her physical appearance, wouldn't she be happier? It may just be a fictional movie, but wouldn't most people have the same desire to be young again? Benton desires to restore your skin back to its original healthy condition with healthy recipes, rather than to give temporary effects with harmful ingredients. Also, Benton presents freshly made products by sticking to small batch production."
Deep Green Tea Lotion's key ingredients are Green Tea and Tocopherol. Green Tea is rich in nourishing ingredients like polyphenols, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, it helps to revitalize the skin, balances pH level of the skin, gives a cooling effect and also firms the skin. Tocopherol also known as Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which is excellent as anti-oxidant and protects the skin.
How to use:
After using a toner, apply an appropriate amount to face and spread evenly. Softly pat to absorb. If not using a cream, you may use the lotion to layer once or twice to maintain moist skin.
Content: 120 ml

Review:
Alright, the reason why I applied to review this product is because I love products with green tea and also I'm looking for a fresh and moisturizing lotion which this product claims to be. Deep Green Tea Lotion comes in a simple packaging but I like the "green vibes" of it, very nature-like. Its slim bottle is tinted makes it really hard for me to see the product inside. Instead of a pump dispenser, I was surprised that it only has a hole dispenser which I've seen in toners but the hole on this lotion is slightly larger. I need to shake the bottle hard in order for the product to come out and it is also hard for me to control the amount of the product that I dispense that sometimes I need up getting a larger amount than I usually need, I suggest that Benton replaced this hole dispenser with a pump.
The product's consistency is milky, thin and glides easily on my skin, it also absorbs easily and leaves my skin moist. What I love about this product is that it is really lightweight and non-greasy, and even that it is free of artificial fragrances I could still smell a nice fresh light scent on this product.
I've been using Deep Green Tea Lotion for more than 2 weeks now and I'm using it everyday at day and night time. At day time I never use moisturizing cream because for my oily skin this lotion is just right to moisturized my skin daily but at night I still layer it on with cream or sometimes facial oil. This lotion is very gentle and it didn't break me out, I also noticed that it soothes my skin especially this season where the cool air feels drying this lotion really helps my skin to prevent skin irritation. Overall, this product really does its job and it has a nice formula and I love using this lotion everyday.
