Dear lovelies, today's review is about Le Jardin Retrouve, an Indie Perfume House created in 1975 by Yuri Gutsatz, an acclaimed perfumer. In 2016,his son Michel and daughter in law Clara revived his original formula and ethos to create a new, sustainable and multi-sensorial way to enjoy his beautiful, comforting scents. Le Jardin Retrouve in English means 'the garden finds' and I think there brand name perfectly suits there scents, if you want to know why please continue reading my post.
This brand uses only high quality raw ingredients from there trusted suppliers, and pick them personally without price constraint. All there products had undergo with same aging process to produce a good quality perfumes.
This brand was very kind for sending me there 7 Day Program perfume box in exchange for an honest review, this box has 7 different scents from there fragrance collection and each of this mini spray tube contains 3ml. I like the idea of 7 day Program, because if you are just about to try this brand and can't decide which scent is to choose, you can have this box for only 65,00 euro here and you can try there 7 different perfume scents in one box and might discover your favorite scent. This box contains 2 florals,2 citrus, floral leather, woody and eau fraiche.
First of all, I appreciate how this product was beautifully packed. The illustrations are purely made of art even the product descriptions too. If you know what I mean I can smell the scent of perfumes just by reading its product descriptions, they wrote it amazingly. The perfumes comes in mini transparent tubes, I thought these perfumes will only last for a week because they look so tiny but I promise you, they goes a long way.
[FLORAL]
Tubéreuse Trianon: on its top note is a blooming scent of tuberose, jasmine and ylang ylang, and has a fruity scent on its base. I find this scent very feminine and captivating, its my second favorite scent and I would love wearing this on especial occasions.
Rose Trocadero: This is my everyday, favourite perfume so far! I can smell the lovely scent of fresh rose flowers with a bit of sweetness on it, this has a romantic kind of vibes and I feel the love Everytime that I smell this perfume.
[CITRUS]
Citron Boboli: This scent gives me a sunny, happy vibrant vibes. I can smell the citrusy lemon, and bitter orange on this perfume with a bit of spice. I like this scent too.
Verveine de Ete: This scent is very citrusy, and if you don't like the spicy and warm scent of citron boboli this one is for you. It has a fresh and energizing early morning vibes.
[FLORAL LEATHER]
Cuir De Russie: I gave this one to my brother and he loves using this perfume. The scent is not just for men but can be also wearable to women, the scent is very unisex. It has a leather scent that didn't overpower the scent of floral into it.
[WOODY]
Sandalwood Sacre: This has a mixture of powdery, woody and musky scent. I think this scent will suit matured and wise people. I first thought of my grandmother when I smell this perfume.
[EAU FRAICHE]
Eau des Delices: This has a warm fresh scent, which is great for women with sophiscation. It's for "boss babes".
I am a type of person who is sensitive on perfume scents, I don't like artificial and strong scents and rather choose not to use perfume because it makes me feel dizzy. But these perfumes are totally different, it smells so nice and natural, I feel like I'm in the garden walking and smells the flowers that blooms nearby. I like that the scents are not too strong and overpowering but just enough to be noticeable and last for a long day. I was truly impressed with Le Jarden Retrouve's perfumes, and I would love to have a full size of the Rose Trocadero because it's my favorite scent and I love the romantic vibes that it gives me. I highly recommend this brand.
It's my first time reviewing perfumes and also I'm not really good in describing scents but I hope this review will still be helpfull to everyone who's interested to this brand and the 7 Day Program box.
